Infant Care Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on record review, staff interview and LPA observation, the director did not comply with the section cited above by verifying staff is fully qualifed to provide care and supervision to infants. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants — Based on interviews and observation, Staff 1, Staff 2 and Staff 3 have walked out of the infant room, leaving infants unattended and unsupervised.

A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. — Based on interviews and observation. It was determined that during arrivals in the morning, infants and preschool children are in the front preschool classrooms.
Infant Care Teacher Qualifications and Duties — ; During an inspection and reviewing facility surveillance footage, on 01/06/2025 at approximately 9:48AM, Staff 2 walked out of the infant classroom for several minutes, leaving the infants to be supervised by Staff #6, who is not a qualified infant teacher.
Infant Care Center Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment, and Supplies — Based on staff interviews, infants' soiled diapers are changed in their crib bed and outside in the infant play area where there is no accessible sink available within arms reach. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
