Teacher-Child Ratio — Based off LPA's and LPM's observations during 06/03/2026 visit and record review, LPA observed Staff #1 (S1) and Staff #2 (S2) caring for 19 preschool children despite not having the qualifications. Based on record reviews, transcripts reflect that S1 and S2 were not qualified to watch children withiout a qualified staff member.
