Teacher-Child Ratio — Based on staff interviews, During staff interviews, three (3) out of five (5), including center director, staff stated that the facility had operated out of ratio. Based on record reviews, During LPA’s record review, LPA obtained and cross-referenced staff and children attendance records, which indicated there was at least one day (04/13/2026) were the facility was not operating within compliance of staffing ratios.
