During facility tour the LPA observed stairs that were not barricaded with two children present under the age of five. Licensee stated the gate is usually up, however, the gate was not put up during the inspection.

During the file review of staff records the LPA was unable to a current CPR/1st Aid certification for S2. During the inspection there were no other staff present with CPR/1st Aid training.
Immunizations — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health to the children in care. During the review of children’s files, the LPA was unable to review immunization records for C1.
