Drinking water lead testing — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the water was not tested for lead which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as they did not maintain sleep log records up until June 18, 2024, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Needs and Services Plan — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as there were no needs and services plan in any of the infant files reviewed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
