Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation at 2:15, LPAs observed a bottle of weed killer on the ground in the backyard which was accessible to children by an unlocked door in the den; at 2:39pm, a bottle of bleach on the floor in the laundry room that was accessible to children by an open door; and at 2:51 a can of lysol and bottle of windex were observed pushed back on a table but accessible to children in the front outdoor play area, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
