Emily does not have all the courses or experience to be a director, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care.
Health-Related Services — Based on observation and interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, During today's inspection, LPA observed 2 childcare children need Prescription. However, the center does not have IMS plan for each child. The licensee said she did not know she needs the plan for medications, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
