Supervision shall include visual observation. This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA observation and interview, Licensee did not have full supervision of child resulting in child leaving classroom for a period of 5-10 minutes and entering elementary school classroom. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
