Personnel Requirements — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that staff present did not have a current CPR and First Aid certificate on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Reporting Requirements — Based on interviews, staff had observed the bruise on the childs face but had not informed management of the bruise and therefore the authorized representative was not informed, which poses a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
