Personnel Requirements — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The Director’s Pediatric First Aid and CPR expired on 08/11/18. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Activities/Napping — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Per the Director, the facility uses nap mats instead of cots or mattress pads. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During today's visit, LPAs oberved nap mats were being used without a cot or a mattress pad.
Napping Equipment — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Per the Director, LPAs were informed that the facility does not use a sheet to cover the cot or mat due to facility using nap mats for children in care. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
