Modifications to Infant Needs and Services Plan — Based on the interview & record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. During the file review for children the LPA was unable to review sleep logs for C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5. The Director stated the Infant Needs & Service Plans were given to the Authorized Representatives for updates but they have not returned them.
Staff immunization requirements — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 4 staff did not have immunization on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
