101238.4 Storage Space (b) There shall be permanent or portable storage space in the playrooms for play materials and equipment. This evidence is not met by: Based on staff interview and LPA's observation, there was a toy basket in the play areas.
(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This evidence was not by: Staff handled child in an inappropriate manner poses a potentail health and safety risks to chidlren in care.
Alterations to Existing Buildings or New Facilities — LPA observed Seal Classroom has been sealed off. Children from Seal classroom are temporarily moved upstair occupying School Age Stem Room. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personal Rights — Based on information collected children's rights were violated by a staff member.
