(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... — Based on records review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 was left unattended outside the CCC's auditorium for approximately 1-2 minutes. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA notes this is a repeat violation within 12 months. CCC assesed a civil penalty of $250 per H&S 1548(2)(A).
