During today's inspection, LPA observed the pool did not have an alarm(Compliant with ASTM International Standard F2208) or a Safety Pool Cover( Compliant with ASTM International Standard F1346-23)which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed that Licensee does not maintain a daily log verifying the daily inspection of pool safety equipment which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
