Personnel Requirements — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 0 out of 3 staff members present during today's visit did not have a Valid CPR and First Aid certificate, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Teacher Aide Qualifications and Duties — Based on LPAs observations and record reviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above staff S2 only has three (3) ECE units and providing direct supervison to 14 children independently, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
