LPA observed that S1 was supervising 13 children in the playground, and S2 was left alone on multiple occasions with 17 children in care, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The opening teacher (S1) did not have current CPR, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
