LPAs observed dishwashing soap and cleaning solutions under the sink in the kitchen accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on observation and licensee's helper statement, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The licensee is currently out of the country which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personal Rights — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Two children (C6 & C7) have expired Epipen and missing consent for the administration of medication in the file. The Licensee also failed to submit Incidental Medical Services Plan to Licensing which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. S1 is missing immunization in measles and S3 does not have immunizations in measles, pertussis and flu which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
