This requirement is not met as evdenced by: Based on LPA's interviews conducted the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a child was not provided safe, healthful and comfortable accomodatiions. Drinking water lead testing — Based on interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Lead testing has not been completed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization requirements — Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 3 out of 5 files reviewed did not have immunization's for review which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Modifications to Infant Needs and Services Plan — Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that files reviewed show INS plans are past due for updates which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
