Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — Per LPA observation and records review, as od 01/09/24 the den and half bath downstairs were the only rooms on limits to daycare children. Per licensees, as of 12/2024, two bedrooms upstairs and upstairs bathroom are utilized for care.
