Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA did not observe current Mandated Reporter Training for Staff #1 and #2.
Buildings and Grounds. The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. The requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA observed the ceiling in the Toddler room has a leak, hole in the ceiling and water dripping down into a trashcan. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
