This regulation was not met by evidence of: A kiddie pool filled with approximately 8 inches of water, a horse trough filled with approximately 2 feet of water and a tote filled with approximately 12 inches of water was observed. These items were accessible to daycare children.

The licensee stated that the squirrel has escaped from the cage several times and that she frequently takes it out of the cage at night. The LPA photographed the squirrel.
