Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, a knife was accessible in kitchen sink, medicines and beauty products were in off limit bedroom where children were present, which posed an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — children supervised at all times — The Licensee and/or another adult did not transport a child to school and instead had 12 year old daughter walk with a minimum five school age children to the school bus stop without any adult supervision, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — LPA observed two infants were asleep in two separate cribs with a blanket and stuffed animal. This poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to children in care.
