Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that several items which pose a danger were accessible, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The following accessible items were found during inspection - Daycare Bathroom: under the sink was a bottle of baby powder and soap which contained keep out of reach warnings. Kitchen: under the kitchen sink was a bottle of clorox spray and soap which contained keep out of reach warnings. Kitchen: several knives and scissors were accessible in a lower drawer.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 3 infants had loose articles in their cribs, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C4 and C6 had blankets covering them and C1 had a loose blanket under them.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation and Licensee admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 3 infants was not sleeping in a crib, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C1 was sleeping on a bed in an off limit room.

Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — Based on observation and Licensee admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 7 children present were sleeping in an off limit room, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C1 was sleeping in a bed room which is listed as off limits.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review and Licensees admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 3 infants in care did not have sleep logs, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Staffing Ratio and Capacity — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that due to the age of the children present facility was not in ratio, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During inspection there were 3 infants and 4 children from the ages of 2-4 years old.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPAs observed several kitchen knives, lighters with lighter fluid, kitchen scissors in a lower kitchen cabinet, 1 set of kitchen knives in a block are located in kitchen accessible to older children in care, aerosol air fresheners underneath the restroom sink; shampoos, hygiene products in the shower, the hall closet, 1 air freshener spray can 5 bottles of essential oils and in the living room TV stand; 1 can of air fresher, 1 Clorox and 2 generic all purpose cleaning spay bottle and 1 spray can of glass cleaner under the kitchen sink, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a baby walker was observed in the daycare area, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee did not have a current mandated reporter certificate on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee failed to conduct a fire drill with daycare chidlren after 02/2023, as required which poses potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in at 10:47 AM LPAs observed a subject child sleeping in a play yard, with a milk bottle propped in their mouth by a blanket, a stuffed animal pillow and a large folded mattress pad laid on top of the mattress, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee failed to renew their training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Immunizations — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee failed to ensure documention of a subject child's immunizations as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 6070, and maintain such documentation for a subject child enrolled and present during the inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based onr ecord review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee failed to document 15 minutes for a subject child present and in care as required for infant safe sleep standards for which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
