Licensee has an above ground pool that still has water inside at least 2 inches deep that was recently emptied during the inspection. The pool does not contain any of the preventative measure items to prevent children from access, such as fence, pool cover, life ring, and/or life hook
Criminal background check — Based on observation, record review, and interivew, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 person which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee's daughter/ assistant was seen caring for children while licensee was gone away from the home. Assistant was not fingerprinted clear and missing CPR and Mandated reporter training as well.
