Both Licensees, Carlos and Ana Verdugo, have CPR/1st Aid cards that expired on 1/2026.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C2 and C3 are under the age of 2 and do not have a sleep log.

(a) Each child...shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee regardless of consent or authorization from the child's authorized representative...(4) To be free from corporal or unusual punishment...This rerquirement was not met as evidenced by: Licensee Rosa Verdguo admitted to having child sit outside as a form of punishment. According to interviews, the temperatures were high on days child was sent outside. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
