Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the mesh fence located to the left side of the pool had two panels that measured more than two inches from the ground which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Mandated reporter training — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring S1 renewed the Mandated Reporter training every two years which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personnel Records — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring S1 completed the Preventive Health & Safety training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
