Criminal Record Clearance All individuals subject to a criminal record review shall obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption and be associated to the facility prior to working, residing, or volunteering in a licensed child care center. The requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, the Licensee did not ensure that all individuals providing care and supervision to day care children obtained the required criminal record clearance or exemption prior to working or being present in the facility. This posed a potential threat to health and safety of the children in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were chemical cleaning items located in the hallway and in the laundry room. These areas are "off limit" areas and were not in the children's proximity, however they were not made inaccessible to the children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was a bouncer observed during the visit, A bouncer is a form of walker/equipment that is restricted which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in C1 did not have a sleep plan on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
