Buildings and Grounds — Based on LPA observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where in Room 22, a cabinet (which was in reach of children) was found to be unlocked that had a bottle of "Sta Flo" starch that contained the chemical Borax. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Drinking water lead testing — Testing was completed on 02/03/2024, A level of 5.8 was tested as an exceedance in Room 22 Sink.
