Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on record review, the licensee's First Aid & CPR training expired in 01/25 and therefore did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Immunizations — Based on record review, C1 was missing an immunization record and C2 & C3 were missing some immunizations to date, therefor the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 6 child files reviewed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
