Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — This is an amended version of the original report created on 07/16/24. Based on interviews and staff admissions, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that it was determined that on numerous unidentified dates staff left children unsupervised in the classroom, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on interviews and admissions, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that staff leave children supervised by unqualified teachers during specialty classes which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
