Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA observed a 4-month old child on the adult bed that was off-limits to children. The door was also observed shut closed. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee currently provides care to 2 children that are under age 2. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
