Mandated reporter training — Based on(observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in staff # 2-7 have expired AB1207 certificates on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply in the section cited above in that- staff # 1 brought in a hot beverage to theclassroom- which splashed onto child # 4 causing a red mark on their back. This is a potential risk for the health and safety of children in care.

Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply in the section above in that S #1 disclosed that trainings are not provided to covering staff and S# 2-4 disclosed that they assumed information is given by admin staff. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
