Activities/Napping — Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In the 3–5year old classroom, LPA observed 4 of 24 children awake on their napping cots with only one teacher present, as the second teacher had stepped out of the room. Additionally, in the 2–3 year old napping room, LPA observed 2 of 14 children awake and sitting up during nap time with only one teacher present in the room. This which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on LPA record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Record review revealed that 6 of 6 employees had not completed Mandated Reporter Training or their training certificate was expired which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Child's Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. 3 of 5 childs record did not contain admission agreements which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
