LPA arrived to the home at 1:23 PM and Staff 1 stated infants were asleep but were awoken by the door bell. During record review, LPA observed that C1 and C2 have sleep logs, however, the afternoon nap was not documented. LPA also observed that sleep chart has pre-recorded time's. LPA discussed with the Licensee that they will need to accurately record the time the infant falls asleep.
