Infant Care Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on record reviews, evidence, and interviews an unqualified staff (S3) has provided care and supervision to children in the infant room alone without having fully qualified teacher or Site Director, who was supervising the next door in preschool room on numerous occassions. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
