Operation of a Family Child Care Home: The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times. This was not met as evidenced by, during tour LPAs observed 14 children to be downstairs with Licnesee and assistant, while 3 children were upstairs unattended. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children.
