Family home — safe toys and play equipment — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section in that there were several play house equipment located outside that were broken and not in its original condition. There were also multiple webs and spiders located on the play ground set. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The bathroom cabinet lock was broken and children had access to cleaning solutions.This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not documenting emergency drills every 6 months which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
