Personal Rights — Based on LPA interviews revealed that infant children are frequently placed in boppy pillows and left to sleep in which posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care.
Modifications to Infant Needs and Services Plan — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the review of children’s file the LPA was unable to review a current Infant Needs & Service Plan for C3 and C4.
