Child's Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because one infant (C3) who is less than 12 months does not have all the required documents, including Infant Sleeping Plan, LIC 282, immunizatino record, LIC 700, LIC 627, LIC 995 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Additionally, the other two infants (C1 and C2) missed some required documents, including LIC 282, immunization records, LIC 627, LIC 995.
