(1) Fixtures, furniture and equipment that have been banned or recalled by the United States Consumer Protection Safety Commission shall not be used for children in care or accessible to children in care. Licensee admitted that she placed C1 in a recalled bouncer United States Consumer Protection Safety Commission which is also prohibited by the department to be used in a licensed care facility. Licensee stated that the bouncer may have caused C1 to suffer an ankle injury.
